- Unit Notes:**Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.** *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* All clinicians must clock in and out at facility Department: Diagnostics (Tech or RN) General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Certs/ARRT (MR) or NMTCB (Nuclear Med Tech Cert Board) & any other specialty certification requirements? (if applicable) ARRT How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 1 Will they have to float/cover any other areas? (Nuc Med? Echo?) NO Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties (Nuc Med? SE? DSE?) Ct SIMULATIONS FOR RADIATION TREATMENT PLANNING PURPOSES Experience or 'Must have' skills EXPERIENCE IN SIM-EXPERIENCE CRETING IMMOBILIZATION DEVICES AND EXPLAINING PROCEDURES Average # of scans/studies per day VARIES 1-3 EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use CERNER AND ECLIPSE - MIM Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) PHILIPS BIG BORE Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech NO Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)?
