Cases: Adult Outpatient, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, CT Simulation, Simulation of Treatment Sites, TrueBeam, Eclipse (Varian), ARIA, Siemens, Radiation Safety, Block cutting, Custom Molds, Custom Shields, Billing for treatment types and devices, Lift/transfer devices, Chart check, Teaching Hospital experience 3. Certifications: ARRT T, BLS, ARRT required; must be AHA or equivalent; skills checklist for radiation therapist and core exam required at submission 4. License: KY Radiation Therapist (T) state license required before start; Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; willing to consider candidates with KY license pending; no licensure hits accepted — any submission with a license hit will be rejected 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 40 hours/week contracts available; call required 1 week out of every 8-10 weeks depending on staffing needs; float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off submitted after the offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must disclose at time of submission if traveler has previously worked at this facility; rehire eligibility checked by UK HR every Friday; if found ineligible post-offer, traveler may be cancelled; must be gone for 6 months to return as a traveler 10.
