Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Head & Neck (H&N) and CNS (Brain/Spinal Cord) required; experience with Benign Brain Tumors, Craniospinal, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, SRS, Pediatric Cancer, and various other oncology cases listed as skills 3. Certifications: ARRT in Radiation Therapy Technology (ARRT T) and BLS required; ACLS required 4. License: Ohio State License required; fingerprinting must be completed as soon as contract is signed — urgent process 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic (Charting System); Aria version 15 required; VisionRT/OSMS preferred but not required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm, 8.5-hour shifts (30-minute lunch); 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks to accommodate 40 guaranteed hours; first week is 8am-4:30pm for onboarding; no on-call; no weekends; 40 expected weekly hours 8. RTO: No RTO in June or July; RTO must be submitted with submission and built into contract; only one pre-approved time off noted; candidates with vacation immediately after booking may face push due to fingerprinting delays 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current Ohio State University hospital employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate; candidates outside Ohio but within driving distance must drive to an Ohio fingerprinting location as soon as possible after booking; extreme-distance travelers will be mailed a fingerprinting packet 11.
