- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Sleep Studies; Patient diagnoses include Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy, PLMS 3. Certifications: BLS, RPSGT, OR Polysomnography License required; copies required at submission 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required; weekends required (Friday night extending into Saturday morning); no on-call; 2:1 patient ratios nights 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval; self-reported via Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
