Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 2 years strongly preferred 2. Cases: Inpatient acute, swingbed (skilled) care, outpatient; first-timers not accepted 3. Certifications: BLS preferred 4. License: State Licensed required; travelers need both Kansas and Missouri or compact in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; 3 hours pre-start EMR modules required 7. Shifts/Call: 8a-430p; no on-call required; floating within service line required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days for Aya Offer; 7+ days require approval along with holiday RTO 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 10-15 hours due Monday 1 week prior to start; 3 hours pre-start EMR modules non-billable; infusion pump and glucometer training due Sunday before start 13.
