Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Ages 0-21 years; Body Mechanics, Home Exercise Program, Neurology, Orthopedics, Patient family education, Pediatrics 3. Certifications: BLS required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: NJ or Compact PT License prior to start (for NJ license, license must be in process at time of submission) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech; 4 hours of EPIC training 7. Shifts/Call: Monday 8a-5:30p, Tuesday 8a-4:30p, Wednesday 8a-6p, Thursday 9a-6:30p, Friday 8a-12p; No weekends required 8. RTO: Any time off MUST be sent with submittal and approved before offer; Screenshot of candidate confirming RTO required; Must be available to work 2 of 3 Holidays 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone minimum 1 year before eligible to return for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; Must float within skillset 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or License Hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: Allied average 1 hour non-billable modules; Modules completed pre-start and annually 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
