Cases: Inpatient setting required 3. Certifications: BLS required; KY PT License required; copies of all certifications required at submission 4. License: KY PT License required; Active Compact or State License in hand at time of submission — no exceptions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Morning shift 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday per top notes; STRICT schedule of 84 hours per two-week period (one week 3x12, next week 4x12) — travelers who cannot accept this schedule will be cancelled 8.
