Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience required 2. Cases: Central line blood draws, central line dressing changes, IV pumps, Starting IVs 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS required; current certs must be attached with profile 4. License: Current copy of Nursys required with profile; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Net solutions and PointClickCare charting systems 7. Shifts/Call: 8hr Days only (cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s); no on-call required; must float between TCU and LTC units 8. RTO: No more than 3 days RTO during assignment; confirm with hiring manager 9. Returning Staff: Will not take previous Providence permanent employees; must indicate if traveler has previously worked for Providence 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 50-75 mile radius at same rate; 1 year travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
