Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 3 years preferred; 5 years preferred but will consider 2 years in outpatient physical therapy settings 2. Cases: Neurological/orthopedic physical therapy; outpatient physical therapy settings 3. Certifications: BLS required; all certifications must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal; copies of certifications required 4. License: CA License required; valid state license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5 8-hour days per week 0900-1730 M-F; no on call, weekends or floating; may float to other CPMC locations if census is low on home unit 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved 9.
