Cases: General weakness, back pain, orthopedic knees; PT does admits, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges 3. Certifications: BLS, DPT required; state license required 4. License: MO license pending OK; must be active and in-hand prior to start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 days 0800-1630 OR 4x10s if preferred; call required 1 Sunday per 5 weeks 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be separated from facility for at least 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; up to 4 hours factored into NBO; completed during orientation via MyPath 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14.
