- Unit Notes:PT Days 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient Cannot accept new grads MT State license or compact (will wait) and BLS required Start: ASAP (13 weeks with option to extend) Shift Notes: 4/10's (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri preferred). 40 hours/week $95 Cancellation Policy:3 shifts (36 hours) / per 12-week contract Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:No Trauma Level:CAH Care Setting:Outpatient Division:Allied Shift Notes:4/10's (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri preferred) Required Certifications:BLS Certification
