- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Adults, Adolescents, Geriatrics; diagnoses include Falls, CVA, Trauma, PNA, ETOH withdrawal, TKA, THA, ORIF, ortho, PE, sepsis, UTI, respiratory failure, liver failure, kidney failure, wounds; focus on total joints with same day discharge, last eval starting at 5:00PM 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: NM License required; can be pending at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8, choose Mon-Fri OR Tues-Saturday; 2 weekend shifts per month required; no on-call required; no floating required; guaranteed 40 hours/week; facility may call off up to 3 times during a 13-week assignment 8. RTO: Greater than 7 days requires approval 9. Returning Staff: 6-month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or reaching the one-year mark, whichever comes first; new contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks 10.
