Cases: Inpatient Rehab; services include evaluation and treatment of gait and transfer limitations, orthotic/prosthetic training, and comprehensive wound care across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations 3. Certifications: BLS/CPR certification per AHA standards required 4. License: State of Nevada Physical Therapy license required; Provisional License acceptable until full license is issued 5.
