License: Valid Ohio PT License; Compact Eligible State 5. Education: Graduate of CAPTE accredited PT program required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift; 32+ hours weekly guaranteed; no call requirements; weekends not applicable 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
