Requirements
- Required certification: Physical Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:We need a Physical Therapist who will primarily serve the inpatient / acute care setting. We do have an outpatient clinic connected to this location where staff may float if inpatient census drops, but this is not the normal situation. The shift will be Mon - Fri with hours 9a-6p, with possible Saturday shift arranged ahead of time to allow for a weekday off and possible Sunday on call arranged ahead of time. On some weekdays, the shift may be 8a-5p to attend 8a MDRs if another team member is scheduled off. For experience, we need a PT with strong inpatient / acute care skills as they will be the primary therapist serving this setting. We do have another therapist who floats from outpatient and can assist as needed. The patient caseload is a mix of ortho / neuro / general med / surg. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:MEDITECH BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:Mon - Fri with hours 9a-6p, with possible Saturday shift arranged ahead of time to allow for a weekday off Required Certifications:BLS (AHA)
