Cases: Acute rehabilitation; patient diagnoses include CVA, SCI, TBI, Amputation, Cardiac, Oncology, Multi trauma, Elective Spinal SX 3. Certifications: CA PT License and BLS required 4. License: CA PT License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Tuesday through Saturday, start time 9:30am (flexible to 9:00am); block scheduling; 12 Saturdays per contract; 40 orientation hours; call not required 8.
