- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 2-5 years of Acute Care and Outpatient experience preferred 2. Cases: Inpatient PT eval and treatment; skills include Acute Care, Orthopedics, Neurology, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury, TBI, Geriatrics, Oncology, Pediatrics, and others as listed 3. Certifications: BLS required; NJ State License required; Wound Care noted 4. License: NJ State License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Float required to all units as needed; weekend coverage possible if schedule is Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs; orientation is 8 hours 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9.
