Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience required; manager will consider applicants with no home health experience 2. Cases: Home health PT; acute, subacute, and chronic diagnoses including s/p joint replacements, spinal surgeries, fall risk reduction, COPD, CHF, respiratory needs; primarily adult and geriatric population 3. Certifications: BLS required; Heart Saver CPR equivalent accepted; Manual Therapy noted; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: NH license required; will accept submissions with license pending if obtainable by start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days, 8a-4:30p; no call requirement; no float requirement; occasional weekends as needed; 6 visits per day 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Travelers who have ever been a former employee at any facility associated with Solution Health will NOT be considered, regardless of length of separation or duration of time worked 10.
