- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; first-time traveler acceptable 2. Cases: Oncology center seeing patients of all diagnoses; Pelvic Floor (stress urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, constipation, painful intercourse, pelvic pain, pre/post op pelvic floor care, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vaginal stenosis, low anterior resection, pudendal neuralgia); General Oncology PT (low back pain, frozen shoulder, neuropathy, general strengthening, ROM issues); approximately 7 visits per day 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CAPP-Pelvic or PRPC required; OCS preferred; must be current and in hand 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7.
