- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year home health experience required; 1st time traveler acceptable 2. Cases: Post acute care; Post SNF discharge; OASIS starts of care for Medicare patients; geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics focus; submission must include total months of start of care with OASIS experience and frequency of starts of care for Medicare patients per week 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; Wound Care and Manual Therapy also listed 4. License: Hawaii (HI) RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB); charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Productivity requirement of 25 units per week; 5 visits per day; floating to cover Kauai, Maui, and/or Oahu may occasionally be required (all float expenses paid); orientation is 40 hours 8.
