Requirements
- Required certification: Physical Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:JOB: Physical Therapy - OUTPATIENT START DATE *Required Certifications: BLS, MPT or DPT* HOUSING: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. Leads available. - # of patients treated per day: 9-10 patients in an 8 hour day. 45 min appts. - General Certification Requirements: BLS - Other Certs Required for all PT: MPT or DPT - Common diagnosis/Types of patients: General inpatient/outpatient: mix of specialty areas. - What areas are they required to cover: Outpatient. Also, occasional inpatient available if interested. - Experience: 2+ years of experience preferably in outpatient. (any other specifics would be listed on the requisition). - PT Manager/Supervisor: Manager - Rehab Aides: 2 full time Rehab Aides to assist on floor. - Shifts & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Flexible schedules if needed between business hours. Variable- will be sent with the requisition-depending on the position they are filing. - Weekend Requirements: No - Holiday Requirements: No - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Smart casual to business casual. Clean tennis shoes are okay. - Department specific orientation: Yes- the first 2 days. Orientation is with the Rehab Director. Cancellation Policy:CLIENT may cancel up to 24 hours in a 13 week assignment Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:CAH Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes: Required Certifications:BLS Certification
