Certifications: Adult Patient Population certification required 4. License: Licensed PT in State of Indiana required; Compact Eligible State noted 5. Education: BS/MS/DPT required 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Days shift; 40 weekly guaranteed hours; Every Other Weekend; No call requirements 8. RTO: Must be included in submittal notes 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
