Cases: Preferred generalist confident with medical diagnoses; ability to manage mod-max A patients, co-treatments, ventilated patients, and pick up additional evaluations; patient transport to/from treatment experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) required; AZ fingerprint clearance card required; Wound Care certification required 4. License: Current Arizona RN license required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Sunday-Wednesday 0800-1830; no on-call required; may float to surrounding clinics; weekend day required; guaranteed 40 hours/week with up to 6 call-offs allowed over 13-week assignment 8.
