Cases: Outpatient clinic; physical therapy sessions scheduled every 45 minutes including evals; average 10 patients per day Monday-Thursday, 5 on Friday; no double booking of Medicare patients 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at start of contract 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7.
