Cases: Acute Care; diagnoses include COPD, CHF, CABG, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Total Hip/Knee Replacement, Neurology, Oncology, and others as listed 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: MD PT State License required; must be in hand at submission (no pending license accepted) 5. Education: Not specified 6. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Day shift, 0730-1600, Monday-Friday; hours may flex with a later start on Fridays to assist with PACU discharge coverage; one weekend day per month required with a comp day provided during the week; No Call; No Float 8.
