Certifications: BLS required; PT license required 4. License: CA PT license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8; Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm; facility may call off once per two-week pay period 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
