Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: Acute Care, ER, Geriatrics, ICU, Medical Surgical, Orthopedics; specific conditions include COPD, CHF, CABG, MI, post-stroke rehabilitation, hip/knee injuries and replacements 3. Certifications: BLS required; LA fire card within last 30 days required 4. License: CA PT license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm; facility can call off once per two-week pay period 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7-day limit for offers; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: RNs wear navy blue; L&D/OR provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
