- Unit Notes:- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote Department: PHARMACY - Oncology Clinic Certs/Licensure Requirements CO Pharmacist required, BCOP certification preferred What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) Outpatient oncology infusion clinic Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills Use of Epic to verify orders for oncology medications Answering provider and patient questions on chemotherapy regimens Checking work of technician compounding sterile hazardous and non-hazardous infusions Therapy/treatment plan entry and review in Epic Experience or 'Must have' skills Oncology experience (>1 year) in dedicated oncology role (OP clinic or IP specialist) Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor Reports to IP pharmacy clinical manager, dotted line to oncology clinic leadership Pharmacy Techs? Works with one dedicated oncology pharmacy tech Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?)
