Experience: 1 year required; hospital experience is a hard stop requirement; at least some exposure to pediatrics required; retail pharmacy-only experience is not acceptable 2. Cases: Pediatric/Children's Hospital; Level II Pediatric Trauma Center; patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, and pediatrics 3. Certifications: BLS, TX LIC, PharmD, RPh required 4. License: Texas (TX) Pharmacist License required; first-time TX license noted 5. Education: PharmD required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 7 days on / 7 days off; night shift 2000-0630 for approximately 30-60 days; will transition to day shift (July/August timeframe) to cover FMLA through 1/13/2027; weekends required every other weekend; block schedules required; on-call not required; 48 hours not approved 8.
