- Unit Notes:**Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.** Certs/Licensure Requirements: Michigan pharmacist/controlled substance license - Required What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.): inpatient pharmacy department. ER/ICU/Inpatient/Infusion center/oncology center Pharmacy supports all inpatient operations Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills: Compounding/order entry/order vedrification inpatient knowledgable required Experience or 'Must have' skills: competent inpatient rph/ Prefer paragon experience inpatient qualified/Pyxis experience Pharmacy Techs: Will be working with and supervising pharmacy techs We have ecxellent technicians Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) no self schedueling. There is a rotation every 3rd weekend and 7 days of call every 3 weeks Schedule will need to be followed once written Weekend Requirements: every 3rd weekend Yes every 3rd possible more until staff stability achieved Holiday Requirements: if its during there rotation as falls in the rotation Is there an on-call requirement: yes 7 nights every 3 weeks Yes every 3rd possible more until staff stability achieved Medication Dispensing System? How does it work: Pyxis ADC stocked for floors not med carts limits call ins Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Dress casual or scrubs. scrubs are provided Department specific orientation: Done by the pharmacy manager Additional Notes: Must be capable with 1 to 2 weeks training Updated: 8/19/26 Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:Allscripts BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Inpatient Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:7am to 5 pm 7 days a week; Call and weekends will be required. Call will be from 5 pm to 6 am Monday thru Friday. Friday to Saturday 5pm to 7 am Saturday to Sunday 5pm to 7 am Sunday to Monday 5pm to 6am. Schedule will be rotating every 3 weeks with 1 week call and 1 weekend. Required Certifications:BLS (AHA)
