Shifts/Call: On-call required for overnight hours; weekends required 0730-1700; block schedules required 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any hits must be sent for approval 12.
