Will cancel if failed, must have 80% or higher to pass The test is inclusive of interval measurements, complex identification, and rhythm identification. If traveler is unable to obtain an 80% rate, they will not be allowed to continue with orientation or their contract, so please take time to review this information prior to start date. They do not offer study materials. The tele test consists of 16 questions. The first 10 questions will ask you to determine regular vs. irregular, rate, PRI, QRS, and rhythm interpretation. The last 6 questions are interpretation only. The test covers sinus rhythms, heart blocks, lethal rhythms, atrial rhythms, junctional rhythms, and pacing. Rhythm interpretation is worth 3-4 points and the measurements are worth 1 point.
