Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 4 years preferred; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: CABG, Aortic Valve Replacement, Mitral Valve Replacement, ECMO, ECLS, TAVR, MAZE Procedure, Minimally Invasive Bypass, Hypothermic Circulatory Arrest, Off Pump Surgery, VAD, IABP, Left Heart Bypass, and additional cardiac/perfusion cases as listed 3. Certifications: State License, BLS, and CCP (Certified Clinical Perfusionist) required; must be AHA 4. License: State license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days; on-call required as needed; weekend call rotation approximately every 5th weekend with possible holiday coverage; block schedule may be discussed with manager 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified; orientation is 8 hours 13.
