- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in multi-specialties, specifically Ortho, Thoracic, Vascular, and Robotics 2. Cases: Robotics, Vascular, and Thoracics experience required; broad surgical skill set including AAA repair, carotid endarterectomy, VATS, lung resection, colon resection, laparoscopic procedures, and Da Vinci Xi Surgical System among others. Note: Evaluation excludes open heart/cardiac and neurosurgery. 3. Certifications: NBSTSA (CST) and BLS required; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: NBSTSA certification required; no state-specific RN license noted (Surgical Tech role) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No guaranteed block scheduling; 2-3 call shifts per 6-week matrix with 30-minute callback response; 3-4 weekend shifts per 6-week matrix; weekends and holidays may be day, evening, or night shift; holidays per department need; may float to sterile processing as needed 8.
