Cases: Cardiac, General, Thoracic, Vascular, Cardiovascular (CABG, Mitral Valve Replacement, Pericardial Window), Vascular (AAA repair, AV fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Vein stripping), Endoscopic (Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, PEG tube placement/exchange), Trauma (Amputations, Gunshot/stab wounds); Daily caseload: 8 cases 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS noted in qualifications; must be AHA or American Red Cross (not explicitly stated but BLS/ACLS listed) 4. License: Illinois license required; Pending license accepted; Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD for fingerprinting 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7.
