- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery, Cesarean section, Hysterectomy 3. Certifications: BLS, CST, NBSTSA required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required, weekends required every other, on-call not required, expected ratios 1:1 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between perm and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
