- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Newborn Hearing Screening, Unit stocking, room turnover, Patient movement, room clean up post vaginal delivery; skills include C-sections, Vaginal Delivery, Bilateral tubal ligation, D&C, Labor & Delivery, Abdominal hysterectomy, Anterior/Posterior Repair, Cervical Cerclage, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required; NBSTSA and/or NCCT required; copies of all certs must be sent at time of submission; all certs must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: No pending licenses accepted; 75-mile radius rule; must submit with proof of address and map directions from permanent address (address on license) to contracted facility 5. Education: Degree information required — area of study, city and state of institution, and type of degree (bachelor, associate, master, diploma, certificate, etc.) 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult-to-fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required every other weekend; float within scope required; floating to sister facilities required; on-call not required; orientation is 36 hours 8. RTO: Maximum 7 total days in a 13-week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Any candidate who cancels with less than 14 days notice will be entered as a system DNR 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; map directions from permanent address to facility required at submission; first-time travelers not accepted 11. Background: 7 years of work history required (8/2015-present), including PTO, medical leave, non-clinical work, and schooling; zero 30+ day employment gaps 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13.
