Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Surgical Tech – OR General

Shift: Variable Days / 9a-5:30p or 9a-7:30p, 8’s, 10’s 40hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

No calls, no weekends, on first contract. One weekend shift (8 hours) with 8 hours of backup call on second contract. One weekend shift (8 hours) with 8 hours of backup call and 8 hours of overnight call (11p-7a) plus one Friday night call shift 11p-7a, per 4-week schedule

Requirements:

• 1 Year Experience
• Graduate of an Accredited Civilian or Military Operating Room Technician/Surgical Technician program
• NBSTSA Certified and must maintain certification
• BLS
• Ortho Experience Strongly Preferred

Other Details:

• If candidate worked a surg tech prior to 7/1/2012, no cert is required or formal education required. If candidate worked as a surg tech after 7/1/2012 cert and formal education required- facility can determine whether or not candidate is required to adhere to state guidelines
