- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Must be able to scrub all cardiac procedures; CARDIAC EXPERIENCE is a HARDSTOP REQUIREMENT and must be recent. Procedures include CABG, Robotic Mitral Valve Repair, TAVR, Heart Transplants, Pediatric Congenital Heart, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), TEVAR, VAD, VATS, Carotid Endarterectomy, and more. 3. Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA, ASATT required; Washington license in hand required at submission 4. License: Washington State license required and must be IN HAND at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; charting system experience listed as preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required x1 per week and x1 weekend per 6-week schedule; weekends required for on-call only; 48-hour shifts not approved; no block schedules; patient ratio 1:1; unit will NOT float 8.
