- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; CARDIAC EXPERIENCE is a hard stop requirement and must be recent 2. Cases: Must be able to scrub all open heart cases; procedures include CABG, Robotic Mitral valve repair, TAVR, heart transplants, and pediatric congenital heart cases; robotic experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required; NBSTSA and ASATT required; must be current and in hand 4. License: Washington State license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 1x/week; 1 weekend per 6-week schedule; on-call weekends required; 48-hour shifts not approved; ratios 1:1; no float between units 8.
