- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; at least 1 year required; must have 2 years of consecutive experience in Cardiovascular surgery 2. Cases: Must have Cardio Thoracic & Vascular experience 3. Certifications: BLS, CST, NBSTSA required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required nights, weekends, holidays; expected ratios 1:3 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported via Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14.
