Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – CVOR Tech
Shift: Variable Days / 6:30a-7p, 6:30a-5p, 10’s 12’s, 36 or 40 hrs/week
Length: 13 weeks
Call is required and is 1 night per week and one weekend per month (Friday 1700 to Monday 0600)
Weekend Req: Yes per unit needs
Requirements:
- 2 year CVOR experience
- Must register with the state to work in the state
- AHA BLS
Other Details:
- Charting: Epic
- Ratios: run 1-2 RNs and 1 ST per room
10 RTO DAYS MAX APPROVED – RTO IS NOT ALLOWED DURING THE FOLLOWING TIME PERIOD: August 27th-September 10th, 2025, October 22 – November 3, 2025, November 24 – December 1, 2025, December 21 – January 3, 2026
(We MAY consider flexibility for harder to fill positions)
Position / Specialty: SURG TECH CVOR (12003005 MCR OR)
Shifts: shifts are 0630-1900 for 3-12s or 0630-1700 for 4-10s.
Call REQ: Call is required and is 1 night per week and one weekend per month (Friday 1700 to Monday 0600)
Years of experience REQ: 2 year CVOR exp Required
First-timers accepted: NO
Weekend REQ: YES per unit needs
Certs REQ: AHA BLS, DORA issued state license (can be pending during submittal, but we need proof)
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? NO

This is to help support dual call teams on weekends for cardiac and vascular and to support two new surgeons being added this summer.
