- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years CVOR experience required 2. Cases: Open heart experience required 3. Certifications: NBSTSA required (no NCCT), BLS required; must be AHA or ARC only 4. License: No license hits accepted (hard stop); PA license required for pharmacist/pharmacy tech positions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required/heavily preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5 8-hour shifts with call every third day, 30-minute response time required, possible 2 weekends per month, holidays as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract 9.
