- Unit Notes:Must have CV experience OR Tech Details # suites 12 # of cases per day 20 Required Certifications CST, BLS Common Cases CABG, MVR, AVR, Kidney transplant, Robotics, Peripheral vascular, Thoracic, Aortic Repair, Vascular Access, Hybrid (TEVAR/EVAR,TAVR), Impella, IABP, ECMO Experience or 'Must have' skills 3 years CV Scrub experience. Must be able to go "on bypass." Charge Nurse/House Supervisor No Shifts & Scheduling All shifts (We provide 24/7 in-house coverage, needs vary) Weeknight/Call Requirement Yes Weekend/Call Requirement Yes Holiday/Call Requirement Yes Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? Yes What is call response time? 30 min Floating Requirements No Scrub Color/Dress Code Hospital provides scrubs Unit/Department specific orientation Yes Additional Notes High acuity, nationally-recognized Cardiovascular and Thoracic program requiring highly-skilled, experienced staff who are able to scrub in a fast-paced, complex environment. We have approximately 25 surgeons who work regularly in our CVOR, so the ideal candidate will be able to pull from prior experience and apply general OR knowledge to be able to work with any surgeon. Daily Parking is $15+/day. Multiple options for on/off campus garages and lots ranging from $95 - $120 for monthly parking pass. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:No Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:TBD Required Certifications:BLS Certification, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA Certificate
