- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; well-rounded experience expected; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Required — Vascular, Thoracic, Open Heart, Endovascular; Preferred — General Surgery-Robotics, Urology Robotics, GYN Robotics, Neuro Surgery, Orthopedics/Spine to include total joints 3. Certifications: BLS and NBSTSA required; NCCT not accepted by MUSC; Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency — MUSC does not provide radiation badges to travelers 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Days 7a-5p or 5x8s 7a-3p; 3 call shifts per week required; weekend call every other weekend required; floats between service lines; no floating to sister facilities; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8.
