- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5+ years total CST experience required; 2+ years in cardiac & vascular; 1 year CVOR experience; 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility 2. Cases: CVOR procedures (CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement); General OR; Thoracic; Vascular; cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 40 hours per week; evening shift; two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts per schedule; shifts may occur between 6:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.; weekend rotation distributed equitably; call duties included in contract; call hours distributed equitably and vary per schedule; no 10-hour shifts; no three 12-hour shifts; no block scheduling 8.
