- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Trauma Level II required; Trauma Level I preferred; extensive CVOR case experience listed including CABG, TAVR, Valve Repair/Replacement, ECMO insertion/decannulation, Cardiothoracic robotic surgery, Atrial Septal defect repair, and additional vascular and cardiovascular procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required; NBSTSA or NCCT preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard compliance) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; on-call required; weekend call coverage required; guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period; traveler may be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer; only 1 time-off request per 13-week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
