Cases: CVOR Required (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral Valve Replacement, Pericardial Window); CVOR Preferred (Atherectomy, Atrial Septal Defect Repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft, Robotic Assisted Cardiac Surgery, TAVR, VAD); Surgery Required (General, Endo/Laparoscopic, Thoracic); Surgery Preferred (Vascular, Urology, Ortho/Total Joints); must be able to Scrub, Circulate, and perform Equipment Documentation. DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT CV OR GENERAL SURGERY EXPERIENCE — CV IS A MUST. 3. Certifications: NBSTSA and BLS required; AHA not explicitly stated 4. License: Active WV/Compact OR Tech License required to start; pending license accepted at submission only; license verification must be pulled within 2 days of submission date; clean license required; hits submitted for case-by-case approval 5.
