Cases: Neuro (spines/crani), ENT (flaps), and Robotics (Davinci Xi) highly preferred; common cases include Ortho (total joints, spine, trauma), Neuro (crani, spine), ENT (flaps), Robotics, Transplants/Procurements, Trauma/Burns, GU/GYN 3. Certifications: NBSTSA required (NCCT not accepted), BLS required; Radiation Badge required and must be provided by agency 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, days, 6:30A-5:00P with holiday rotation; 1 weekend per month required; up to 4 call shifts per month and 1 weekend call shift per month; may float within scope to meet facility needs or between sister facilities 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility needs 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
