- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute care experience is a hard stop requirement; inpatient rehab experience preferred 2. Cases: Multi-trauma, TBI, SCI, CVA, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's, MS; must be able to evaluate and treat all areas including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab Unit 3. Certifications: WA License required and must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Washington State License required and in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; weekends required on rotation — 1 weekend every 4 weeks; no block schedules; no 48-hour approvals; patient ratio 8-9 patients per day; will float between acute, medical, ICU, and IRF units 8.
